In Iceland are the best opportunities to photograph the aurora borealis. Due to clear skies, no industry pollution either light pollution. Iceland is perhaps the world greatest places to view the northern lights. Small groups mostly 8 people ensure a very personal and genuine experience. Trips available nightly from beginning of October until the end of March.

photographing the aurora in south vest Iceland
Pick up: Direct from your hotels in Reykjavik at 20:30
Pick up also direct from hotels near Blue lagoon in Grindavik and Keflavik at 19:45
Warm drinks will be provided during the trip.
We recommend that you bring warm clothes to wear under your overalls.
We also have headlamp, (we will be walking around in the darkness of night)
If you wear glasses it is highly recommended that you bring anti fog wipes to ensure that you have a clear view of the auroras.
Will I see an Aurora?
Iceland is one of the world’s best places to view the Northern lights the reason for it is the magnetic of the earth bend the Northern lights oval over Iceland. Visitors staying in at Iceland for 3 or more nights have good chance of viewing the Aurora. The likelihood that you will see an aurora during our tour is very high, it depends on on weather and sightings are not guaranteed.
If the Northern Lights are not seen in your first tour, we offer you to try once again for free.
